My search for the top nannies agencies in America started when I was looking for a nanny

for my own child. I was Goggling some keywords looking nanny services in my city. I found several companies who offered basic solution such as accessing a caregiver listing

and choose my own nanny all the way to an all-in-one solution which includes background checks, tips on the interview process, rates issues, tax, agreement and more. Eventually

I chose sittercity.com and chose my nanny. Over time I was exposed to similar site's

like care.com and nannies4hire I was wondering who is the best one...?

 

The first thumb rule is simple - when looking for the best nanny agency in America you

need to make sure it can deliver fast, efficient and reliable service. Also, it must have

an online site which is intuitive and easy-to-use. The ones that appears to be the most popular ones among parents should be carefully examined first. So, I Visited some nanny web site for a first impression - is it well designed? Is it easy to use? Can you easily start the nanny screening process? For example, can you type your zip code and instantly get a list of near by nannies that suit your needs?

 

What Did I Check?

In order to name the top nanny agencies I made a list of the things I want to check so

I could eventually to all of them into consideration. I check their history, how popular they are, how much do they cost and what solutions and services they offer:

care.com and sittercity.com. These two sites provides a solution which is beyond matching people to caregivers. They were also focusing about advising and supporting

families that are not familiar which what it takes to hire a caregiver.

Ranked 3,528 as the most popular site in USA with a monthly visits of about 500,000 people, this site was quite popular within many families. It was features in many TV shows and magazines and seems to get nice reviews by many large corporations. The

biggest advantages I found was the site's coverage in states. I was able to find caregivers all over USA in almost any location.

Ranked 1,349 most popular site in USA with a monthly visits of about 1.2M visitors from all over the world, mainly from America. It was also recommended in shows professional newspapers and seems to enjoy positive reactions from many users. The advantages of care.com were the amount of information I was able to find on the site in a form of a guide. For example - nanny interview guide, nanny tax guide and so on. On each guide I was able to find all the information I needed. Quite impressive.

In Conclusion

These two sites were selected because of their offering, popularity and their intuitive

website that can be easily navigate by an average person. You might find of course smaller services who provide the same solution and decide that these are better for you

and they are the best one. After all, it's a personal view of each and everyone of us...
